What is untamed?
Untamed, unbridled, free, liberated. There is no box or corner you have to push yourself into. There is no singular label that defines you. Push against the systems created to keep us dysregulated and oppressed. Your regulation is resistance, it is activism and it is untamed.
1. Why?
My intention with this platform is to speak to the things that are often on my heart. Share my deep nervous system walk thoughts (it’s always when they are flowing). Share with you things I’ve learned both in my own healing and working with clients. Sharing in joy and community. Providing thought provoking, self-compassionate led skills to help you tap deeper into your healing, herbalism, growth your most untamed, joy-filled, embodied self.
2. This is a community
Community is vital for the work I do. Self-regulation comes from a foundation of co-regulation. Community keeps us connected, it keeps us accountable, it provides us a place to feel like we belong and that we are not alone in our struggles. I want you to feel validated. Get curious about uncomfortable sensations, breathe into the things we avoid, look at where we can take accountability and seek refuge in one another.

These posts will include exclusive content that includes: ponderings, internal wisdom, herbalism, journal prompts, somatic practices, and a community where you can feel seen.
