How to access glimmers
Below you will find a recording that will help you to find a moment of a glimmer or a moment to seek sparkle. Glimmers are powerful tools that we can access when we are finding ourselves having a hard time regulating. They are the opposite of triggers. This practice will help you to connect with what they feel like and help you to create your own and connect with your own.

I know that the world gets heavier and heavier with each day. I know that it feels like it’s becoming increasingly hard to connect with ourselves in a regulated way. I get it. This is the time when leaning into community can help provide us with a cushion. Sharing with others can help us to feel less alone. To lean into co-regulation. On the days when it feels like you are unable to find even a moment of safe enough, I want you to remember that that is ok. Your body is having the appropriate response to stressors. Your body is doing what it thinks it needs to do to protect you. Give yourself some grace and self-compassion and know that as you learn new ways to cope, you will access them as you can. I hope that you have a weekend where you are able to find, even just a moment of peace, safety and connection.
